There are student canteen and restaurant on campus with various food and reasonable price. International students can have their food in students’ canteen or restaurant; they may pay cash or use their card. Muslim food is also available in the students’ canteen. They can also prefer to cook their own food as university has public kitchen in each floor of international student’s apartments. There are many other Chinese and foreign restaurants near the University, such as some traditional Chinese food restaurants like Zhongjun Restaurant, Huahua Restaurant, Xinjiulong Sichuan Food Restaurant, Guolin Homemade Food Restaurant and so on; and some fast food restaurants like KFC, Mcdonald's and Pizza Huts and some Italian and Japanese restaurants.
