1.Qualification for applicant
(1)The applicants shall obey Chinese law and relevant regulations of Eastern Liaoning University.
(2) The applicants shall meet with the health standards required by the Ministry of Education of P. R. China.
(3) The applicants shall have had the Graduation Certificate of Senior High School.

(2)Scan copy of front-page of the passport and scan copy of the visa page containing the stamp of the latest returning date after departure (or the blank visa page of the passport)
(3)Scan copy of Graduation Certificate of Senior High School and transcript
(4)Electronic passport-size picture or two passport-size picture of two-inch
