Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship
Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students (ZGSIS) is established by Zhejiang Provincial Government aiming to attract and encourage excellent international students to study in Zhejiang. ZGSIS is evaluated and approved by Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Education and issued by Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Finance.
1. Categories of Scholarship
(1). Scholarship A: for the students who study Postgraduate Program (Master Degree and Doctoral Degree).
(2). Scholarship B: for the students who study Bachelor Degree Program.
(3). Scholarship C: for the long-term non-degree program students.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Education background and age limit:
a. Applicants for bachelor degree program (Scholarship B) must have a high school diploma and be under the age of 30.
b. Applicants for master degree program (Scholarship A) must have bachelor’s degree or equivalent study ability and be under the age of 35.
c. Applicants for Doctoral degree studies must have master’s degree or equivalent study ability and be under the age of 40.

(4). Scan copy of the applicant's passport;
(5). Applicants applying for master degree program or doctoral degree program are required to provide two letters of recommendation in English;
(6). Scan copy of English language proficiency Certificate;
(7). Scan copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
HDU Scholarship for International Students
Hangzhou Dianzi University Scholarship for International Students (hereinafter referred to as HDUSIS) is established by Hangzhou Dianzi University (HDU) aiming to attract and encourage excellent international students to study at Hangzhou Dianzi University.
1. Categories of Scholarship
A. Degree Scholarship
This scholarship is offered to students pursuing their bachelor, master or doctoral degree, including the new students who have received the admission offer and those who are currently studying at the university.
B. Advanced Programs Scholarship
This scholarship is offered to students studying major courses or Chinese language programs for more than 1 year, including the new students who have received the admission offer and those who are currently studying at the university.
C. Special Awards
Special Awards are designed to encourage registered students who have completed one semester’s study at Hangzhou Dianzi University and demonstrated outstanding performance in some particular areas:
1) Diligence Award
This Award is given to students whose class attendance rates are no less than 80% and have demonstrated extremely high performance on a particular course or some courses.
2) Social Work Award
This Award is to support students who have participated in social work actively on and off the campus.
3) Artistic & Athletic Award
This Award is to encourage students who have gained good achievements in college level, or provincial, and national artistic and sports competitions.
4) HSK Award
This Award is available for international students at Hangzhou Dianzi University who have passed HSK examinations.

If the students are not registering in a specified time to the university, they will be regarded to give up the scholarship.
