2) Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens holding a valid foreign passport
3) Be in good health
4) Without any criminal records
5) Non-native English speakers should also provide valid English test certificates - IELTS or TOEFL

3) Two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors in Chinese or English
