Tianjin Polytechnic University canteens are divided into three parts: Dongyuan, Xiyuan and Beiyuan (Software Park). There are four dining halls in Dongyuan: No. 1, No.2, Lanyuan and Fangyuan. Three floors in No.1 and No.2 provide various dishes with reasonable price. There is a restaurant where students can order dishes in No.1 Canteen. Lanyuan is a Muslim canteen with good environment; Muslim students can have halal food there. In Xiyuan is located a large dining hall. Beiyuan offers delicious dishes, which are highly praised by students.
Various Tianjin snacks are worthy of tasting, such as “Go Believe” (steamed stuffed bun), 18th Street Fried Dough Twists and Erduoyan fried rice cake are called “Three Unique Delicacies of Tianjin”.
