Admission at Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, China for International Education

Bachelor Degree/Undergraduate Programs in English Medium

Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications admits foreign students in specialties taught in English: Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Electronic Science and Technology.

1. Applicant Qualification

(1). Graduated from senior high school;

(2). Possess the ability understanding the lectures in English or in Chinese.

(3). Do good or excellent during study.

2. Application Materials:

(1) Application Form;

(2) Scan copy of certified official academic transcripts in notarized Chinese or English translation;

(3) Scan copy of your valid passport;

(4) Scan copy of Physical Examination form. If you are already in China, the valid visa page is required;

(5) Scan copy of Noncriminal Certificate;

(6) 8 photos (3×4cm).

3. Duration and tuition Fees: 

All undergraduate programs at Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications take 4 years.  

Tuition fee is 18,500 CNY per year.

Master Degree/Postgraduate/PG Programs in English Medium

Master’s programs at Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications admit international students in English taught courses which lead to Master degree including Communication Engineering, Computer application, Electronic Circuit and System, Computer Science and Technology, Electronic Science and Technology.

1. Applicant Qualification

(1). Possess a bachelor's degree;

(2). Possess the ability understanding the lectures in English or in Chinese.

2. Application Materials 

(1) Application Form;

(2) Scan copy of academic certificate in notarized Chinese or English translation.

(3) Scan copy of certified official academic transcripts in notarized Chinese or English translation;

(4) Scan copy of your valid passport;

(5) Scan copy of Physical Examination form. If you are already in China, the valid visa page is required;

(6) Scan copy of Noncriminal Certificate;

(7) 8 photos (3×4cm).

3. Duration and Tuition Fees

All the Master degree programs at Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications take 4 years.  

Tuition fees are 21,500 CNY/Year.
