Anhui Government Scholarship for International Students
Anhui Government Scholarship Program for International Students is established to attract more international students to study and research in Anhui higher education institutions, improve international student education quality, strengthen mutual understanding and friendship between Anhui people and people from the rest of the world and expand the international influence of Anhui's education. This program sponsors international students who apply to study or have studied undergraduate or postgraduate programs in institutions of higher learning of Anhui Province. Applicants must be non-Chinese Citizens with foreign passports and valid Chinese visas, and should be friendly to China
Education Background and age limit
1. Applicants for undergraduate program must have senior high school diploma and be under the age of 28.
2. Applicants for master's degree program must have bachelor’s degree and two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors and be under the age of 40.
3. Applicants for doctoral degree program must have master's degree and two letters of recommendation from professors or associate professors and be under the age of 45.
4. Applicants should abide by Chinese laws and rules and regulations of the school and have good academic performances
Application materials
1. Application Form
2. Scan copy of notarized Highest Diploma
3. Scan copy of academic transcripts
4. Scan copy of a Study Plan or Research Proposal. This should be a minimum of 200 words for undergraduate students, 500 words for non-degree students, and 800 words for graduate students.
5. Scan copy of two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors
6. Scan copies of Foreigner Physical Examination Form and the Report on Blood Examination
7. Scan copy of passport first page (valid and ordinary passport)
8. Applicant who have ever worked, need to submit the working certificate
9. Scan copy of any published paper, proof of patents or academic research
10. Two passport size photos with applicant’s name and expect college on the back
11. Scan copy of valid documents of your legal guardians in China (only required for applicants under the age of 18)
