Jilin Provincial Government Scholarship
"Jilin Provincial Government Scholarship" is available to international students study at Jilin Province. Jilin Province is devoted to promoting the development of international education, to making Jilin a preferred province for international students to study abroad in China. Jilin Provincial Government Scholarship is provided to excellent foreign students to study degree programs at Changchun University of Technology.
1. Qualification for Applicants
1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens.
2) Applicants for master’s degree program must have Bachelor’s degree.
3) Outstanding academic performance during Bachelor Degree studies.
2. Application Materials
1) Application Form
2) Scan copy of the passport
3) Scan copy of the highest degree certificate: university students shall also provide Certificate of Enrollment from the university they are studying in. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English
4) Scan copy of academic transcripts: transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English
5) Scan copy of two recommendation letters: applicants for postgraduate studies must submit two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors with contact details of referees.
6) Study plan and CV for postgraduate degree applicants.
