The Basic Qualifications for the Applicants:
(1) Applicants must be Non-Chinese citizen
(2) Positive attitude in study, excellent extracurricular performance and academic achievements
(3) Not be rewarded any other scholarships offered by Chinese government, institutes or organizations
(4) Excellent English proficiency
(5) Polite behavior, no punishments and any disciplinary actions

(3) Scan copy of notarized highest diploma and transcript(translated in Chinese/English version)
(4) Foreigner Physical Examination Form
(5) A study plan(written in Chinese or English and no less than 800 words)
