Bachelor Degree/Undergraduate Programs in English Medium
Heilongjiang University admits foreign students in one specialty taught in English: Material Chemistry.
1. Qualification for applicant
(1) Applicants should be foreign nationals in good health.
(2) Applicants should have the equivalent of a high school education with good performance.
(3) Applicants should be or over 18 years old.

Doctorate program at Heilongjiang University admit international students in English taught courses which lead to doctorate degree including Inorganic Chemistry, Microelectronics and Solid-state Electronics.
