The Basic Qualifications for the Applicants:
(1) Applicants must be Non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport and in good health
(2) Positive attitude in study, excellent extracurricular performance and academic achievements
(3) Not be rewarded any other scholarships offered by Chinese government, institutes or organizations
(4) Excellent English proficiency
(5) Polite behavior, no punishments and any disciplinary actions
(6) Under the age of 30

(2) Scan copy of valid passport
(3) Scan copy of notarized highest diploma and transcript(Notarized translation must be in Chinese or English)
(4) A study plan(written in Chinese or English)
