1. For international students in group
University of Nottingham Ningbo China can provide airport pick up service for international students in group from local airport – Ningbo International Airport and Shanghai airports to the campus. It is around 25 minutes from Ningbo airport, around 3 hours from Shanghai Pudong Airport, and around 2 hours 45 minutes from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to the university. But students should send detailed departure, transfer and arrival schedule to us minimum 3 days in advance so that the university can pick up without any delay.
Airport Pick-up Service is only available during on-duty hours in Registration time.
2. For individuals
For individuals, the Airport Pick-up service whether available or not, you may send email to us to inquiry. The student can come to university by taxi if the Airport pick up service is not available. It is around 30 CNY (Chinese currency cash is required) from the local airport to the university. Students arriving at Shanghai Airports can transfer from Shanghai to Ningbo which will takes about 50 minutes, or take express train from Shanghai to Ningbo which will takes about 2 hours, then take a taxi to the campus.
