1. Introduction

Educational Psychology is the study of human learning, effects of educational intervention, teaching psychology, and social psychology of school organization in the context of education. The focus of educational psychology is to apply the theory of psychology to education. Educational psychology can be applied to design courses, to improve teaching methods, to promote learning motivation and to help students to face the difficulties and challenges in the process of growth. "educational psychology" and "school psychology" the two terms are often used interchangeably, but usually personnel engaged in theoretical work and study tend to be called educational psychologists, while personnel engaged in a school or school related places practice work is classified as school psychologists.
