1. No.4, Apartment 3, Lane 280, Huatuo Road
Single rooms and double rooms are available. The rent of a single room from Floor 1 to Floor 10 is about CNY 1500/month, and the rent is CNY 20 up for the room 1 floor up. The rent of a double room from Floor 12 to Floor 13 is about CNY 1800/room/month. The room facing south is equipped with a balcony. The water rate is CNY 50/month, and the electric rate is CNY 0.61/kilowatt-hour, at his own expenses.
The room is equipped with bed, mattress, chair, desk, wardrobe, separate toilet and air-conditioner. The bed necessities as bedclothes are provided by the student himself.
Apartment office is on-the-spot office, Floor 1, No.4, Apartment 3, Lane 280, Huatuo Road. Office hours: 09:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday.

2. No. 22, Apartment 18, Lane 280, Huatuo Road
All rooms are double ones, from Floor 2 to Floor 6 are available. The rent of a room is CNY 1200/year without cash deposit. The operating cost of air-conditioner is CNY 600/year, and the electric rate is CNY 0.61/kilowatt-hour, with free access of water and campus Internet.
The room is equipped with bed, mattress, chair, desk, wardrobe, separate toilet and air-conditioner. The bed necessities as bedclothes are provided by the student himself.
Register Procedure
Sign the register at Room 323, No.9, Apartment 6. Apply for card at Card Center of the University. Check-in at the floor desk.

3. Apartment 650, Wanping South Road
Single rooms and double rooms are available. The single rooms are arranged from Floor 3 to Floor 5, the rent is about CNY 1200/month, while the double rooms are arranged from Floor 10 to Floor 13 and the rent is about CNY 1200/year, with a balcony, excluding water and electric expenses.
The room is equipped with bed, mattress, chair, desk, wardrobe, separate toilet and air-conditioner (operating cost paid separate). The bed necessities as bedclothes are provided by the student himself.
