Bachelor Degree/Undergraduate Programs in English Medium
South China Normal University-Guangzhou admits foreign students in 3 specialties taught in English: English (Translation), English (Business), English (Teacher Education).
1.Applicant Qualification
(1). Non-Chinese citizen at least 18 years old, in good health, with a high school diploma;
(2). Applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to submit an IELTS score of 6.0 (with no item less than 5.5) or TOEFL score of 70 or above.
2. Application Materials:
(1) Application Form;
(2) Scan copy of the highest diploma, which should be certified in Chinese or English;
(3) Scan copy of certified official academic transcripts;
(4) Scan copy of your valid passport;
(5) Scan copy of Physical Examination form. If you are already in China, the valid visa page is required.
(6) Digital photos
(7) Others: kinds of certificates, including sports, arts and other relevant certificates, are warmly welcome.
3. Duration and tuition Fees:
All undergraduate programs at South China Normal University-Guangzhou take 4 years.
Tuition fee is 17,000 CNY per year.

Master Degree/Postgraduate/PG Programs in English Medium
Master’s programs at South China Normal University-Guangzhou admit international students in English taught courses which lead to Master degree including English Language and Literature, Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics.
1. Applicant Qualification
(1) Under 55 years old; in good health; non-Chinese passport holder;
(2) With a bachelor degree or equivalent;
(3) Good English proficiency for English Medium programs.
2. Application Materials
(1) Application Form;
(2) Scan copy of the highest diploma, which should be certified in Chinese or English;
(3) Scan copy of certificate of the language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL);
(4) Scan copy of certified official academic transcripts;
(5) Scan copy of two academic recommendation letters in Chinese or English from scholars of associate professorship or higher (must show referee’s phone number and email address on the letter).
(6) Scan copy of your valid national passport;
(7) Scan copy of Physical Examination form. If you are already in china, the valid visa page is required;
(8) Scan copy of passport-sized latest photo;
(9) Study plan in China.
3. Duration and Tuition Fees
All the Master degree programs at South China Normal University-Guangzhou take 3 years.
Tuition fee is 19,000 CNY/Year.
