Radiation Protection and Environmental Engineering Program in China

1. Introduction

Radiation Protection and Environmental Engineering program requires the students to systematically master the related knowledge of radiation protection and environmental science, familiar with the laws and regulations related to the radiation protection, master the knowledge of computer and information technology application, master the scientific research method of the program and know the frontier, dynamics, application prospects of the program direction and related technology, development status of the industry; master knowledge of scientific writing, with the basic knowledge of humanities, arts and social science.

2. Knowledge and Abilities

1) With solid foundation of natural science and basis of human, art and social science;

2) Master the basic theories and methods of mathematics and physics, and have a solid foundation of mathematics and physics;

3) Master the basic theory and experimental method of radiation protection and environmental engineering, with certain scientific research ability and application development ability;

4) Master the basic scientific knowledge and system of radiation protection and environmental engineering, get the practical training in radiation protection and environmental engineering, and know the development trend of radiation protection and environmental engineering;

5) Master the application knowledge of computer and information technology, can carry on the literature search and read; master the knowledge of scientific writing;

6) Know the relevant laws, regulations of the radiation protection and environmental protection, and the relevant policies and regulations of the science and technology, intellectual property rights and so on;

7) With strong self-learning ability, innovative consciousness and high comprehensive quality.
