Bachelor Degree/Undergraduate Programs in English Medium:
Zhengzhou University admits foreign students in specialties taught in English: (i) Mechanical Engineering and the Automation, (ii) Chinese Language in Linguistics, Business Chinese, International Communication for Shaolin Kongfu
1. Qualification for applicant
(1). Candidate should be a Non-Chinese citizen;
(2). The age should between 18 and 30;
(3). Candidate should have an educational background equal to or above high school graduation (or equivalent);
(4). Candidate should be healthy with non-criminal record;
(5). English language requirements: for candidates from non-English speaking countries applying for EMI (English Mediated Instruction) programs, their minimum IELTS score should reach 6.0 or TOEFL score reach 82 (IBT) (553 in written version or 217 in computer version), or equivalent.
2. Application materials

(2). Scan copy of high school (or equivalent) diploma & transcript;
(3). Scan copy of passport;
(4). Scan copy of English proficiency certificate such as IELTS or TOFEL or equivalent for non-native English speakers.

3. Duration and tuition Fees:
All undergraduate programs at Zhengzhou University take 4 years.
Tuition fees are 28,000CNY/year for the student’s admitted in Mechanical Engineering and the Automation, 20,000CNY/year in other majors.

Zhengzhou University masters program has different options taught in English including Biological Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mechanical Design and Theory, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Power Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering.

(1). Candidate should be a Non-Chinese citizen;
(2). The age should be under 40 years old;
(3). Candidate should be the Bachelor Degree holder;
(4). Candidate should be healthy with non-criminal record;
(5). English language requirements: for candidates from non-English speaking countries applying for EMI (English Mediated Instruction) programs, their minimum IELTS score should reach 6.5 or TOEFL score reach 90 (IBT) (553 in written version or 217 in computer version), or equivalent.
