Mianyang Hospital of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) is the state three grade TCM hospital, the affiliated Mianyang Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM, the clinical medical college in Mianyang of Chengdu University of TCM, the affiliated hospital of Sichuan college of TCM, the national demonstration enterprise of TCM Hospital’s information construction unit, the post-doctoral innovative practice base of Sichuan Province.
The hospital was founded in 1984, There are the main buildings of hospital, branch of ophthalmology, branch of Jiguan, branch of benefaction people hospital, the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Herbal Medicine Factory. Prepared 700 beds, opened 31 clinical medico-technical departments and 45 special diseases, the acupuncture departments is the national key specialties, the ophthalmology departments, gastroenterology departments, respiratory departments are the provincial key specialties, orthopedic departments, endocrine departments, cardiovascular departments are the municipal key specialties. There are more than 40 TCM preparations which were made in the hospital.
